Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed and insured.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Absolutely. Every Upkeep cleaner is background-checked, vetted, and trained to meet our high standards. Your peace of mind is a top priority.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! Our team arrives fully equipped with all the cleaning supplies and tools needed. If you have special products you'd like us to use, just let us know.

How long will my cleaning take?

Most cleanings take between 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on the size of your home and service type. We’ll give you a more accurate time window during scheduling.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope! Many of our clients prefer to go about their day while we handle the cleaning. Just let us know how to access your home — and we’ll take care of the rest. Trust is everything to us.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

We stand by our service. If something wasn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right — no hassle.

Do you offer gift cards or referral incentives?

Yes! Give the gift of a clean home — contact us for gift cards.
Refer a friend and earn $25 off your next cleaning when they book with us.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Memberships have options to run month to month and you can cancel or reschedule with a advance notice. Pause for travel and pick back up whenever you’re home.

If you choose to have the initial fee waived by enrolling in our 3-month savings plan, you agree to commit to 3 months of service at your selected frequency. If you need to cancel early, we simply ask that you reimburse the initial discount (equal to the difference between the initial cleaning fee and the discounted first-cleaning member rate).

The whole clean. We don’t sell a “standard” tier and a “deep” tier. Every visit follows the full Signature Clean checklist, top to bottom. The number you see is the number you pay. Simple and transparent.
