1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or booking services through Clean With Upkeep, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Clean With Upkeep provides residential and move-in/out cleaning services within Salt Lake County and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside our scope of work.

3. Booking & Payment

Services must be booked via our website, phone, or email.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. Secure payment processing is handled through our third-party payment provider.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand things come up. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services.

5. Excessive Soiling, Additional Time, and Extra Charges
When you book a cleaning, you acknowledge that the expected time and cost are estimates based on the information provided. If Upkeep’s technicians determine that a property requires substantially more time or effort than estimated due to excessive soil, clutter, or hazardous conditions, Upkeep will notify the client before performing the extra work. The client may then either (a) approve the additional time and associated charge, or (b) decline and allow Upkeep to complete as much work as possible within the original booking window.
Upkeep’s current rate for additional team time is $90 per extra hour for the assigned team. All extra time will be billed at a minimum increment of 30 minutes unless otherwise stated. Upkeep will document the condition with photos and notes. By booking a cleaning appointment, the client agrees to these terms.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right at no additional charge.

We do not offer refunds, but we will work to correct any issues promptly.

7. Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for:

- Providing access to the property at the scheduled time

- Securing pets and valuables

- Ensuring a safe working environment for our cleaners

- We are not liable for damages resulting from improperly secured homes, furniture, or fixtures.

8. Damages & Breakage

While our cleaners take the utmost care, occasional accidents may occur.

Please report any concerns within 24 hours of your appointment.

We are insured and will address valid claims on a case-by-case basis.


9. Supplies & Equipment

Clean With Upkeep provides all basic cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences or allergy concerns, please let us know ahead of time.

10. Service Limitations

Our cleaners do not:

Lift items over 30 lbs

Climb ladders beyond a two-step stool

Clean biohazardous material, mold, or animal waste

Remove trash or items outside of standard residential cleaning


11. Additional Cleaning Charges Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate pricing based on the information you provide during booking, we reserve the right to adjust the final cost if the condition of the home significantly exceeds standard expectations. If our cleaners arrive and find excessive mess, buildup (such as heavy grease, mold, pet hair, clutter, or biohazards), or other conditions that require substantially more time than scheduled, additional labor charges may apply.

Additional time will be billed at $65 per hour, per team (not per cleaner), and any such charges will be communicated to the customer before proceeding. We will always do our best to inform you upfront and obtain approval before extending service beyond the original estimate.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available at cleanwithupkeep.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
