Upkeep Cleaning “Holiday Help Giveaway” Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The Upkeep Cleaning “Holiday Help Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Utah, age 21 or older, who reside within Upkeep Cleaning’s active service area: Salt Lake County, and select Utah County cities (Lehi, Highland, Saratoga Springs, and Alpine).
Entrants must own or rent a residential property within the service area where cleaning services can be safely performed.
New customers only are eligible for this Giveaway. (Note: Existing customers will still receive special offers and promotions throughout the year.)
Employees of Upkeep Cleaning, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

To enter, visit https://cleanwithupkeep.com/fallgiveaway during the Giveaway period and complete the entry form with accurate contact information.
Participants may receive bonus entries by providing additional home information (such as address and square footage) or engaging with Upkeep Cleaning on social media as described on the entry page.
Limit one (1) entry per household. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted beginning October 21, 2025 and ending at 11:59 p.m. MT on November 16, 2025.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected and announced on or before November 17, 2025 via email and/or phone.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive three (3) months of premium deep cleaning services, consisting of one (1) cleaning per month, performed by Upkeep Cleaning’s professional team.
Approximate retail value: up to $1,200, depending on home size.
Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No substitutions are permitted except at Upkeep Cleaning’s discretion.

5. “Everyone’s a Winner” Offer

All entrants who do not win the grand prize will receive a 50% discount on their first premium deep cleaning service if booked by December 15, 2025. The appointment booked must occur by March 15th, 2026 in order for the discount to be valid. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, referral offer. Existing, recurring customers can receive a one-time 50% off discount when they a refer a new customer that signs up for recurring services. Both the referrer and referee will receive 50% off their next clean.

6. Winner Notification and Requirements

Winner will be contacted by email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another entrant may be selected.
Winner must schedule their cleanings within 30 days of notification and agree to Upkeep Cleaning’s standard terms and service policies.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree:

To release and hold harmless Upkeep Cleaning and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from participation or prize use.

That Upkeep Cleaning may use their name, first initial, and city for promotional purposes (e.g., social media announcements) without additional compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Upkeep Cleaning is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, technical issues, or any error beyond its control that affects participation.
